Welcome to Educartiva.com. We are an online platform where instructors can create both free and paid courses, and students can purchase and learn from these courses.
We strive to provide the best digital learning experience to all our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are applicable.
For Students (Course Buyers)
Course Cancellation:
Due to the digital nature of our content, once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:Payment has been deducted, but you did not receive access to the purchased course.
A duplicate payment was made for the same course.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If you have already accessed or started the course content, no refund will be provided.
Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching style is not eligible for a refund, as course quality and expectations may vary.
For Instructors (Course Creators)
Course Removal or Cancellation:
Instructors may edit or remove their courses at any time.
Instructor Earnings:
Once the earnings from paid courses have been transferred to the instructor’s account, those transactions are non-refundable.
If a student faces a genuine technical issue (e.g., access not provided), Educartiva will resolve the matter directly with the student.
General Terms
Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the original payment date.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Educartiva reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
